движущие идеи творят чудеса Продолжая тему мазохизма, самоистязания и получения удовольствия от тренировок, будет полезно привести некоторые факты.

Например, вернемся на 65 лет назад, в 1941-1945 годы, когда 12-летние пареньки по 15 часов в сутки точили на станках артиллерийские снаряды, питаясь мизерным количеством хлеба и супа. И никто их не заставлял столько работать, ведь все понимали, что это дети.

Что ими двигало? Их двигала правильная идея: "Все для фронта, все для победы". Идея порождала эмоции "больше просто некому, батя и братья воюют, поэтому должен я"... Они вставали к станкам и работали наравне со взрослыми.

Эта же идея двигала и женщинами, которые пахали, сеяли, убирали хлеб, а по вечерам, когда оставалось несколько часов на сон, брали в руки прялку и веретено, делали пряжу, а потом вязали незнакомым солдатам на фронт теплые носки и варежки.

А пока одна половина страны боролась за победу в тылу, вторая половина в 40-ка градусные морозы страшной ценой выцарапывала победу, вгрызаясь в каждый метр мерзлой земли.

НАШИ ПОСТУПКИ НАМ НЕ ПРИНАДЛЕЖАТ. Наши поступки принадлежат нашим идеям.

Человек может все, если в его голове живет правильная идея, которая порождает правильные эмоции.

Он может и хочет сутками напролет работать, он может и хочет из года в год заниматься спортом, он не возьмет в рот ни капли спиртного (и это его не тяготит, наоборот, он воспринимает пьющих, как немного больных), и он может за год привести свое тело в порядок.

Все в дело в идеях, которые мы вкладываем в свои головы.

Если мы уверены, что, например, похудение не получится, то оно и не получится. Эмоции - а это наш двигатель - не возникнут, в результате усилия будят вялыми и натянутыми. Похудение будет проходить через силу воли, и напоминать медленнотекущий мазохизм.

Но если мы уверены, что похудение точно получится, то силы эмоций с избытком хватит для действий. Такой человек будет худеть и здороветь с такое же неизбежностью и постепенностью, с которой уверенно движется паровоз.
