Тест «Подтягивание на перекладине» (упрощенный вариант)

Подтягивание - серьезное испытание, которое под силу не каждому, прежде всего детям. Для оценки уровня физической подготовленности у 6-9-летних мальчиков тест «Подтягивание на перекладине» следует выполнять в упрощенном варианте. Как это делается?

На сиденья стоящих рядом стульев кладется гимнастическая палка (между стульями расстояние немного больше, чем ширина плеч тести­руемого). Тестируемый принимает вис лежа на импровизированной перекладине так, чтобы туловище составляло единую линию с ногами, которые касаются пола только пятками, на максимальном расстоянии от проекции перекладины. Руки выпрямлены полностью. Из этого ис­ходного положения тестирующийся подтягивает верхнюю часть туло­вища к перекладине и, коснувшись ее грудью, возвращается в исходное положение. Дыхание произвольное. Время не лимитируется.

В табл. представлены контрольные нормативы в подтягивании по упрощенному варианту для мальчиков 6-9 лет.

Тест «Подтягивание на перекладине» в обычном варианте выполня­ют на высокой перекладине из положения виса. Руки полностью вы­прямлены. При подтягивании следует исключить раскачивания туло­вищем, какие-либо движения ногами. Подтягивание считается выполненным, когда подбородок окажется выше перекладины. Время не лимитируется.
